  • Aggravating or Mitigating Circumstances - FactLogic combines your quantified judgments about each independent circumstance and combines them according to probability theory. The overall probability of aggravation can help to determine damages or penalties if a general verdict is against the defendant.

  • Interests - FactLogic helps disputants in mediation to mutually and equitably modify their independent interests to achieve agreement and to predict the damages should the dispute go to arbitration or trial.
